If you have stopped using Autodesk products, you probably uninstalled the programs you no longer use. But there is a catch. Autodesk does not let you easily remove the Autodesk Genuine Service from your computer. The official uninstaller will launch, but it will not actually let you remove the program.
To get rid of it, you need to download a small Microsoft tool called the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter. You can download it here.
Open the troubleshooter and select Uninstalling.
The tool will give you a list of installed programs. Choose "Autodesk Genuine Service" and proceed.
The next step is to switch to Blender. Just kidding.
