Enter the following command in terminal:
cd /tmp
wget http://dl.dropbox.com/u/47950494/upubuntu.com/arm-kernel-3.9 -O arm-kernel-3.9
chmod +x arm-kernel-3.9
sudo sh arm-kernel-3.9
sudo update-grub
sudo reboot
To remove the Kernel or downgrade the Kernel enter the command below:
sudo apt-get purge linux-image-3.9*
